Overtime
Sometimes you might find yourself needing extra time for your production. No worries, we will try and accommodate you as best as we can. Just let our studio manager know as soon as you know you need extra time.
Keep in mind there might be a production scheduled directly after you that might hinder our ability to extend your time in the studio.
Overtime will be automatically deducted from your hour balance in 30 min increments until you are done with your production and vacate the studio.
Booking Start and End Times
Because we are balancing your production needs with our other users of the space, we are strict when calculating start and end times.
Your time officially begins when your reservation starts. Please do not show up before your start time as another group may be using the studio. Early entry to the studio may cause an overtime charge on your account.
Your time officially ends when your scheduled reservation time has concluded. After this point, if you are still using the studio, overtime charges will kick in. While we try to accommodate overtime when we can, we many not always be able to do so due to studio demand. Please let us know ASAP when you know you need overtime.
Setup and Cleanup
Setup and cleanup are part of your rental time. Please make sure you include these tasks in your project rental time of the studio. Your time officially ends when you lock the door behind you.
Cancelation of a Booking
We try to be as flexible as possible as we know working with clients can be difficult. You may cancel your reservation at anytime 24 hrs prior to your rental with no penalty.
After this point, you are locked in to your time slot and the studio will be yours to use.
Rescheduling of a Booking
If you need to reschedule a booking, no problem. Provided that no one else is using the studio during your new requested time, we will be happy to accommodate.
We are also happy to do minor time alterations to your booking the day of your booking. Provided that it does not interfere with other bookings. These bookings will be subject to a case-by-case review.
